Beni

Rouge

  Beni Rouge was born and raised in Tokyo by Ghanaian parents, growing up in a multicultural environment. She possesses talents in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, the Akan dialect of Ghana, and Spanish.

 

  At the age of 8, Beni discovered her passion for music when she encountered the Spice Girls. With over a decade of experience as a gospel choir director, she excelled as both director and choreographer for Disney's children's choir for two years.  In 2019, she had the honor of performing for former Prime Minister Suga.

 

  In 2019, Beni embarked on her first tour as a member of  J-Pop artist, Ai's,  gospel tour, followed by a second tour in 2020. That same year, she relocated to Atlanta, where during her three and a half years there, she honed her skills as a vocalist while collaborating with renowned musicians and being influenced by diverse musical genres.

 

  Her influences include artists such as Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, Britney Spears, Avril Lavigne, Victoria Monet, Brandy, Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, JoJo, Leila Hathaway, and Stevie Wonder. Wonder.
